Flow Science is recognized as a distinguished leader in implementing family friendly policies in the workplace.
Santa Fe, NM, January 11, 2022 – Flow Science, Inc. has earned Platinum level distinction for its workplace policies by Family Friendly New Mexico, a statewide initiative recognizing employers that have adopted policies that give New Mexico businesses an advantage in recruiting and retaining the best employees. This is Flow Science’s sixth year in a row winning a Family Friendly New Mexico award and second year in a row at the Platinum level.

The Family Friendly New Mexico initiative offers training, support and resources to help businesses implement family friendly policies, provides recognition to businesses and organizations that offer family friendly benefits, and acts as a resource and clearinghouse of information for businesses and community leaders as they develop policies on issues such as paid family leave and childcare assistance.
